Rowing

Rowing is hugely popular and our boathouse on Putney Embankment benefits from one of the most prestigious locations on the River Thames.

We have multiple squads formed from Year 8-13 students. There are social and performance tiers in each age group and a professional team of coaches, including a high-performance coach.

Putney rowers have gone on to row for GB, in the Oxford and Cambridge boat race and ‘across the pond’ at Princeton University, USA.

But whatever you do, just don’t call it ping pong!
