On Tuesday 5 July Years 12 and 13 came together for Prizegiving to celebrate their many achievements since the start of their Putney journey, whether it began in Year 4, Year 7 or Year 12.

Congratulations to the many students receiving awards and to every student in the Sixth Form whose passion, curiosity and spirit are so much hallmarks of Putney High School.

We were delighted to be joined by Olympic Cox, Erin Kennedy MBE, who coxed her boat to a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Erin delivered an inspirational talk about the subjectiveness of success and failure; how many of her own personal failures led to amazing opportunities, and how we all have the power to “choose our mood”.
