The Nutcracker – Ballerinas perform at the Coliseum

Excitement is building for two Putney pupils, Flavia in Year 7 and Maya in Year 11 who will be performing in the Nutcracker Christmas Gala on Friday 13 December at the London Coliseum with Chelsea Ballet Schools and English National Ballet.

This is the first time that Flavia will be performing on a public stage. “I’m really excited”, she told us. “When I’m older I want to be a professional ballerina in the Royal Ballet School”.

Flavia started ballet at the age of two and currently does ballet four times a week at the Chelsea Ballet School and West London School of Dance.

We wish both Flavia and Maya every success.
