Yesterday saw the fourth in our series of Horizons workshops, delivered in collaboration with Roehampton University for students from local Primary Schools. Dr Kiek led the workshop supported by Mr Corr.

Over 30 Year 6 students from five local schools experienced an exciting afternoon of debating games and practice debates, before watching some of our Year 9 students demonstrate their debating flair in a show debate.

A group of our Year 9, 10, 11 and Sixth Form students led sessions, offered thoughtful feedback and supported the visiting students to hone their debates. It was a fun, exciting and energetic session and we received lots of warm feedback from students and visiting teachers.
