The footballers, cricketers and rugby players of Fulham Boys School’s Year 12 cast their usual ball games aside to take on Putney’s Year 12 netballers in a friendly match today.

In a spirited and extremely good humoured lunchtime game (loudly supported by a partisan crowd of Putney students) the boys’ team put on an impressive performance, particularly considering they had only had four weeks of training.

Fulham Boys were with us for an afternoon of Psychology Futures with our Year 12 Psychologists, and the fixture provided a great ice breaker, and opportunity to warm up beforehand.

Congratulations to the Putney team on their win (19 – 6) which was then followed by a mixed ‘fun match’ which ended in a suitably equal 4 -4 draw. Very well done to Fulham for an impressively sporting performance!
