Monday saw over 100 students from four local primary schools take part in the second of our annual Festival of Sport events at Dover House Road.
The day involved teams of Year 5 and 6 students from Hotham, Ronald Ross, Smallwood and All Saints participate in seven exciting sports sessions led by our PE and rowing staff and students, as well as staff and students from Saint Cecilia’s School. The activities on offer were tennis, netball, dodgeball, lacrosse, cricket, rowing (ergos) and team-building.
The emphasis of the day was on fun and participation and students and staff alike had an action-packed and rewarding day in the sunshine. Huge thanks go to our Putney High School students, who helped lead the activities with such skill, enthusiasm and flair: Caleigh B, Chloe S, Issy S, India B, Ella R, Daisy H, Emily S, Issy G, Julie L, Martha C, Phoebe W, Olivia M, Martina B, Charlotte S, Mimi B, Isla H, India B, Olivia L, Sasha W and Poppy L.
