Ananya in Year 12 has been invited to Glasgow on Monday to attend the COP26 conference and will be writing her report of the events next week.
Ananya has been instrumental in collating student voices for the ActNow film following her summer of volunteering at the Cambridge Centre for Climate Repair, where she worked under Professor Sir David King and attended workshops led by leading academics in the field.
The ActNow film is an official COP26 Universities Project, featuring young people from around the world talking about their lived experiences of climate change, their hopes and fears, their climate pledges, and their demands of the COP negotiators.
The 30 minute film will debut at the event.
