Year 8 Ski Trip Spring 2020

Over half term, some of our Year 8 students took to the slopes in the Marilleva-Folgarida ski resort.  Students had the pleasure of staying in a “ski to the door” hotel, opposite the main chairlift and gondola.

Their were some very entertaining post skiing activities involving swimming at the hotel,  ice-skating in Male,  pizza night in Dai Angoi in Marilleva, an infamous talent show and a quiz led by our very own ski captains, Josie R-S and Maia S.

With a total of 6 days and 5 hours of skiing on a range of blue, red and black runs, there was a lot of pizza and pasta consumption.  The more experienced groups got to try out the ski slalom and go to the snow parks to test their jumping skills.
