World Book Day 2019 – A real page-turner!

Junior school girls and staff had a wonderful time during World Book Day on Thursday 7 March. The theme this year was ‘Share a Story’.

More than one Hermione was spotted ‘hanging out’ together with a book on the ropes, a Faraway Tree was seen chatting animatedly with Little Red Riding Hood in the Cafeteria and Nathalie in Year Five embraced the Share a Story theme whole-heartedly and shared story scrolls from her basket!

Although there were reported sightings of Cruella – we were relieved to know all Dalmatian puppies were returned safely to parents at the end of the day…

All in all, a successful, story-filled day!
