RHS Chelsea BBC Preview Show Filming

Over the summer we had a visit from the BBC keen to learn more about the school's involvement in this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Over the summer we were joined by Gardeners’ World presenter, Arit Anderson and a BBC film crew who were keen to find out more from Mrs Longstaff and students about the school’s Biophilic design project and the impact of having indoor plants in the classroom.

Thank you to Cassie, Emma, Ahana, Issy and Iman for giving up their time during the holidays to talk more about the project.

The item will feature as part of the BBC Chelsea Flower Show Preview programme on BBC One Sunday 12 September at 6pm. Putney’s “Biophilic Classroom” will be exhibited in the Discovery Zone of Chelsea Flower Show this September 2021.
