PIE at Lunchtime – Baroness Dido Harding on Test and Trace

Our PIE at Lunchtime speaker this week was Baroness Dido Harding, chairwoman of NHS Improvement and former chief executive of the TalkTalk Group.

Baroness Harding came to talk to a packed library about her work as Head of the Government’s Covid-19 Test and Trace operation which launched on 27 May 2020.

We thank her very much for joining us to lead what was a fascinating discussion about the successes and failures of the operation, the response to the pandemic more broadly and the lessons learnt.
