Two of our Year 5 pupils are excited that their design for the BBC Gladiators micro:bit competition has been shortlisted as one of the Top 50 entries.

Their competition entry involved designing a fitness gadget to help the Gladiators to improve in one area. They chose to work on strength and their creation was titled, ‘The Micro Weight’. It uses a tiny computer, called a micro:bit, to sense how long a Gladiator can hold a weight and gives prompts to help them improve on their time.

They now have a little wait to find out if their entry is one of the winners. Good luck!
