We are thrilled to announce two exceptional new appointments.
Miss Tegen Lochhead will join us as Head of Science, while Mr Oscar North has been appointed Head of Mathematics.
Miss Lochhead joins us from St Paul’s Way Trust School in Tower Hamlets where she is Director of Science. With experience spanning state and independent co-educational and single sex schools, including a period at Cheltenham Ladies College, she brings a wealth of expertise in both academic and pastoral leadership.
Currently Acting Head of Mathematics at Mulberry School for Girls in Whitechapel, Mr North brings experience in departmental leadership with a strong track record of successfully engaging girls in Maths. Passionate about his subject, with a First-Class Master’s degree from Oxford University, he shares our commitment to developing intellectual curiosity, confidence and an enthusiasm for mathematics.
Both will join us in September, building on the legacy of Dr Will Dixon, who takes on a new role as Head of Artemis and Adventure, and Mr Jeff Samuels who heads off for pastures new.
