
Annabel J - Year 11 - Netball
Annabel is currently playing for Pulse Power U17 NPL. She previously represented Ireland before stepping away and competed in the Youth Commonwealth Games last year. She was also part of the Surrey Storm pathway. Fantastic achievements – well done, Annabel!

Chloe M - Year 8 - Swimming
Chloe has had an incredible few weeks, competing at the 2024 Junior National Arena and LAC. After a series of outstanding performances, she is now ranked 1st in Great Britain (Swim England) for both 50m short and long course breaststroke, 1st in 100m breaststroke (LC), and 4th in 200m breaststroke (LC)—an amazing achievement!
During half term, she will continue her busy schedule with more races, including the 100m breaststroke and freestyle events. Well done, Chloe!

Aviana B - Year 7 - Netball

Aviana has been selected for U13 London Pulse Netball pathway. She will be training 2-3 hours per week with Pulse in addition to her schedule with Shan Netball Academy. Well done Aviana!

Poppy I - Year 9 - Netball

Poppy is participating in two elite netball commitments – U17 London Pulse Player Development Pathway (PDP) and U15 academy London Pulse. Well done!

Florrie F - Year 9 - Netball

Florrie is participating in the U17 London Pulse Player Development Pathway (PDP). Well done Florrie!

Lauren C - Year 10 - Netball

Lauren is playing as Vice-Captain for London Pulse U17 in the National League this season.
She was invited to the England Roses Academy Trial at the start of the season (she was the only 14 year old there).

Timmi A - Year 11 - Netball

Timi has recently been selected to play for England U17’s in the European netball championships which will be held in Belfast. Good luck Tim!

Gabby M - Year 12 - Cycling
Gabriella has been in outstanding form, earning silver in the Madison, 4th in the Team Pursuit, and 7th in the Scratch Race at Apeldoorn, Netherlands. She has also secured a place on the Olympic Development Squad—a huge step forward in her career.
At the Senior British National Track Championships, she reached the Scratch Race final, finishing a commendable 10th against world-class competition. She also represented Great Britain at the Nations Cup, supporting the team leader to victory. A mechanical issue and failed bike change saw her finish 23rd, but she still put in a strong performance. Off the track, her Spanish skills came in handy when no one in the team hotel spoke English!

Annabel H - Year - Tennis
Annabel had a challenging but rewarding week at the J30 Gent 2025 Tennis Tournament, where she had to retire from the final due to accumulating three injuries at once. Despite this, it was a great experience and she appreciated all the support along the way.

Christina A-Y - Year 11 - Badminton

Christina recently excelled while representing Surrey U18s at the RIO Badminton Tournament in York, winning 8 out of 10 matches. She was promoted to second singles, second doubles, and first mixed doubles, showcasing her versatility and skill.
She has now been selected to represent Surrey again at the Badminton England U18 Inter-Counties Tournament at the University of Nottingham in April, and she’s excited to compete—taking her revision books along too!

Tallulah G - Year 12 - Badminton

Tallulah recently made her debut representing Surrey at the RIO Badminton Tournament in York, playing in third mixed doubles and doubles. It was a brave first outing at a major, multi-day tournament, and she came away with 4 wins and 6 losses, showcasing her determination and growth in the sport.

Namyaa S - Year 9 - Taekwondo
Namyaa won a Bronze in the European Taekwondo Grand Prix Qualifier in Albania (over half term). This is an important win for her as it helped her qualify for the European Grand Prix competition later this year and will also help her improve on her European Ranking from last year. This may also enable her to be considered for the Cadets World Championship, if she does well in the next few competitions. It was a strong competition with some high ranking players competing for qualifying slots.

Giselle F - Year 9 - Tennis

Giselle has had a fantastic start to her tournament schedule, reaching the semi-finals in both singles and doubles at her first J30 tournament in Liverpool. Given the high level of competition, this was an outstanding achievement.
She continues to compete in ITF events throughout February and may enter a second Liverpool tournament or travel abroad for events in Portugal or Luxembourg, depending on her performance and ITF confirmations.

Lola B - Year 8 - Tennis

Lola was recently selected to represent Team England at the Junior Four Nations Tournament in Dublin, where she helped secure victory in the U12 category. Team England were also crowned overall champions for 2024—a fantastic achievement!
She has since qualified for the Tennis Europe Bolton U14 tournament, a prestigious Category 1 event, and is currently set to compete in the Liverpool Tennis Europe U14 tournament this week. Best of luck to Lola in her upcoming matches!
