On 20 November, Putney students from Years 8 and 12 got into entrepreneurial mode for the The F Factor workshop at St Paul’s Boys School.

Hosted by The Founders of the Future, it was a highly engaging two hour session which introduced entrepreneurship using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Putney pupils teamed up with the boys of St Pauls and with the help of The Founders of the Future Fellowship mentors, came up with entrepreneurial ideas and wireframes for app based solutions to address food wastage, homelessness and plastics usage

The final stage used a nifty mobile app prototyping tool called MarvelApp to bring their drawings to life.

Putney’s Entrepreneur in Residence, Julian Hall said, “Factoring entrepreneurship into the students future provides them with more career options they may not have thought about before.”
