Lydia in Year 13 is celebrating having won a coveted place on the Software Engineering Degree Apprenticeship course at Goldman Sachs, in collaboration with Queen Mary University.

This highly competitive four year course will see her working three days a week in the technology department at Goldman Sachs while pursuing her BSc Software Engineering two days each week through Queen Mary’s.

The application process included an invitation to a ‘super day’ event with several interviews, comprising both technical and general aspects, enabling Lydia to showcase her knowledge and skills. She also had the opportunity to meet other students and alumni of the programme.
