Canadian Universities Talk

Today we were delighted to welcome a representative from the University of British Columbia in Canada to talk to sixth formers about the attractions of studying in North America.

This autumn, two Putney students have started their further education at University in Canada: at McGill and University of British Columbia.

North American universities are proving an increasingly popular choice for Putney students interested in studying Liberal Arts, and today we learnt more about the flexible academic offerings available both within and across a range of faculties.

Academics apart, Vancouver has serious appeal, from skiing in the afternoon to Varsity competitions for the serious sports fan. There is no doubt that studying in Canada is well worth consideration.
