On entering the Putney High School Sixth Form you will become a part of a vibrant, university-style community.

Existing pupils find they enjoy more autonomy, and those joining us from other schools quickly make new friends and feel at home in a purpose-built Sixth Form Centre.

Bursaries & Scholarships

Although we are academically selective, we are “means blind” and do everything we can to ensure that girls with promise are able to benefit from a Putney education regardless of their parents’ ability to afford fees. Every 11+ application is automatically considered for an Academic Scholarship and these are awarded on merit.  We also offer Sport and Music scholarships.

Open Days

Join us in the Sixth Form Centre to hear from current students and staff.

In our Sixth Form, students typically study three or four A Levels across a wide range of options. They have a free choice of subjects, meaning that our curriculum offering can be truly personalised, preparing girls for whatever career they wish to pursue after Putney.
