The Year 10 and Year 12 pupils in Mandarin have been very lucky to try some Taiwanese snacks sent by our online exchange school, Chung Gang Senior High School, in Taiwan. There were both sweet and savoury snacks, ranging from ‘bubble tea flavoured sweets’ and ’77 chocolate bars’ to ‘salted egg yolk rice puffs’. The definite favourite was  ‘Science Noodles Snack’ which contains crushed dry noodles with seasoning and spices and are usually eaten without cooking the noodles.
