Congratulations to Sarah Gordon, Year 9, who has had a very successful season as a ballet dancer.
Sarah was chosen to represent England at the Dance World Cup finals which where supposed to be held in June, in Italy. Sarah also received the “highest score award” in her category which meant that she got all the registrations towards the finals for free.
In November 2019 Sarah competed at one of the biggest world ballet competitions America Youth Grand Prix semifinals in Paris with 2 classical ballet solos and one contemporary solo.
Sarah placed herself as the only UK citizen in the “The Best 12 Junior Classical Dancer ” awards and also received two one week scholarships to two very famous European professional ballet schools. Sarah She also attended a one week scholarship to Vaganova Ballet Academy in St Petersburg in February 2020.
