A Carbon Balanced School

Last Friday the school was delighted to be awarded a World Land Trust certificate. The certificate has been awarded in recognition of the school’s  positive impact on the environment, through using carbon balanced paper.

From 1 January – 31 December 2018 Putney has been using carbon balanced paper and has offset the equivalent of 909kg of carbon dioxide.

This support will enable World Land Trust to protect 636 square meters of critically threatened tropical forest.
